3. How does this work?
Step 1 - We have a complimentary and confidential conversation about your specific project needs.
Step 2 - We provide you with an approved Letter of Agreement with our work outline and your total project fee, which is returned to us signed with your initial payment of half of your total project fee.
Step 3 - We provide you with your material in draft format for your evaluation.
Step 4 - You receive your material in final format and you submit to us the remaining half of your total project fee.

4. I am not in New Jersey; how can we work together?
The beauty of our work is that it is portable. Most of our consultations can be done on the phone and our projects delivered via email. Our business is virtual and can be molded to the specific locations and preferences of our clients.

5. How much will this cost?
Writing, editing and design projects are quoted on a per project basis, which start at one hundred dollars. Although some of our clients prefer a total project fee, others opt for a project hourly rate, which start at fifty dollars. The best way to get an idea of our fees is to contact us. Let us know what you have in mind, and we will quote you a price.

6. Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Yes, we require fifty percent of the total project fee upfront. As a rule, we cannot schedule a project on our calendar or begin any work until this initial payment is made. The remaining fee balance must be paid upon completion of the project.

7. If I decide to hire you, what happens next?
We aim to listen to your needs and provide you with the material of your request by your deadline. Once you have signed our Letter of Agreement and returned it to us with your initial payment of half of your total project fee, we can begin work. When we produce your material first in draft format, we submit it to you for your evaluation to see if changes are necessary. Lastly, we provide you with your final format materials and accept your payment of the remaining half of your total project fee.

8. How long will it take to produce my material?
The production timeline and your deadline for deliverables will be determined in our complimentary and confidential conversation. Unless there is any delay on your part, we guarantee you will have your material in your hands by the date you decide.

9. What if I need my material right away?
Contact us to discuss your emergency job. We will do our best to accommodate your timeframe.

10. Are there any guarantees?
Yes, we guarantee that you will be fully satisfied with our work. To help ensure this, you will have the opportunity to request revisions to your material in draft format before we provide you with your material in final format. You do not pay the remaining half of your project fee until you are fully satisfied.
